Many people performed poorly on the quiz, so we took the first 15 minutes of class to work in small groups to correct our answers and relearn how to conjugate -IR verbs. Students who did well took on leadership roles to help teach their peers.

In the same groups, we reviewed -RE conjugations and then played a game to practice.

We read p. 203 as a class and discuss Senghor's position on the French language and négritude. If you were absent, you must read this passage and understand it well. For the exam, you will be asked to discuss these topics in French.
